Cyclone Mei, 梅超風 is a character from the story who has learned the Forbidden Martial Art called Nine Yin Skeleton Claws which I think it can be depicted so well with Moira's weapon with her long claw-like fingernails. Their traits of being a dreadful character that scares people away are very similar between to of them too.
